Student Online Registration/Open Enrollment

Open Enrollment is a quick and easy way to verify and update your child's information for the school year. This process must be completed for every student in the district, whether they are returning or new to Lebanon R-3. 

Please note: District buildings are not physically open for this process. Registration must be completed online through Infinite Campus Parent Portal. Our buildings will reopen on August 4th.

Pro Tip: For the best experience, complete registration on a computer (It can still be completed on a mobile device if needed).

How to Enroll Current LR3 Students Enrollment for returning students is completed online through Infinite Campus (IC), Lebanon R-3’s secure student information system.

Through IC, parents/guardians can view

• Grades and attendance
• Update contact information
• Access class schedules
• Pay food balance

You can access Infinite Campus on a computer or mobile device by clicking HERE.

After completing Online Registration, don’t forget to fill out the Meal Benefits Application. This is how you apply for free or reduced-price meals. To complete the application in Infinite Campus: Go to More > Meal Benefits > Meal Benefits Application

Once online enrollment in complete, returning families can view their student's new schedule, assigned teachers, and homeroom for the upcoming school year by visiting the "Schedule" tab in the Parent Portal.

Forget Login Information?
If you’ve forgotten your Infinite Campus login information, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Infinite Campus login page.
2. Click “Forgot Password?” or “Forgot Username?”
3. Enter the email address associated with your parent account.
4. Follow the prompts to reset your information.

Your Infinite Campus username should be your email address.

 New to Lebanon R-3 School District? 

Welcome! Families who have never been enrolled in Lebanon R3 Schools should begin by completing the New Student Registration Form HERE. 
After completing the form, you will receive a call or email from a LR3 employee with next steps within the next few days. Thank you for your patience! 

Families can attend in-person enrollment starting August 4 at their child’s assigned school. Please bring the following documents:

• Your child’s birth certificate
• Immunization (shot) records
• Proof of residency (e.g., utility bill, lease, or mortgage document)
• A signed records release form (available onsite, 1st-12th)

Once enrolled, we will contact your child’s previous school to request academic and health records if needed.
